ZUCREATIVE SIZZLE REEL
The Zulily creative sizzle reel is a showcase of the incredible talent and innovation displayed by the ZuCreative team. Through my pivotal role in this project, from concept and storyboarding to asset sourcing and animation, we were able to create a visually captivating and engaging reel that truly highlights Zulily's unique offerings. From the moment the reel begins, viewers are immediately drawn in by the seamless transitions and dynamic visuals. Each scene seamlessly flows into the next, showcasing a myriad of creative assets from the year.
PROCESS
Working with the department’s creative director and copy writers, we crafted a basic outline and storyboard for this video. The original idea was to build a video for the internal Zulily team to showcase the department’s skills, as well as to show prospective employees to learn a bit more about the company and creative team. Throughout the process, the scope of the project changed. Amidst company-wide changes and layoffs, we decided to shift the focus of the video to show off the amazing creative team’s talents, and build a video that shows how invaluable the team is and for team members to use in their portfolios.
